Optical Spectroscopy of Semiconductor Quantum Structures
Christian Schüller, Tobias Korn

In our research group we are exploring the charge-carrier and the spin dynamics as well as the dynamics of collective electronic excitations in semiconductor nanostructures. As experimental techniques we are employing time-resolved Faraday and Kerr rotation, Raman spectroscopy, time-resolved photoluminescence, and spatially-resolved magneto-optic Kerr effect.
